EU to add 4 marine toxins to dual-use export control list
The European Commission has adopted a Delegated Regulation updating the EU’s dual-use export control list to reflect changes agreed by the Australia Group in 2022. 4 entries for marine toxins have been added, certain entries have been removed and there have been reference and editorial changes.
