The purpose of this technical alert is to remind our members about their responsibility to comply with the requirements of the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants (IESBA) International Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants (including International Independence Standards) regarding provisions addressing long association of personnel with all audit clients.
