Subject: Annual Compliance Officer’s Report
Please find attached the circular regarding the Annual Compliance Officer’s Report to ICPAC by each Firm/Company that holds a practising certificate from the Institute, irrespective of its activities (i.e. audit, accounting asp, insolvency etc.). For your convenience, the guidelines for completing and submitting the report are also herewith attached.
The obligation for submission of the said report includes partnerships, dormant companies and/or dormant which belong to a group structure for purposes of holding other companies shares as well as sole practitioners who hold a practising license and have not performed any business activity during the year 2017.
You are required to either use the table included in the Sample Compliance Officers Report of 2017, or use the same headings in your report and make sure to cover all topics. An editable sample of the Report is attached herewith.
Submission can only be made electronically at compliance@icpac.org.cy. The submission deadline is the 31st of March 2018.
