Subject: Annual Compliance Officer’s Report
Please find attached the circular regarding the Annual Compliance Officer’s Report to ICPAC by each Firm/Company that holds a practising certificate from the Institute, irrespective of its activities (i.e. audit, accounting asp, insolvency etc.). For your convenience, the guidelines for completing and submitting the report are also herewith attached.
The obligation for submission the said report includes partnerships and/or dormant companies which belong to a group structure for purposes of holding other companies shares.
The submission deadline is the 31st of March 2017.
