TO ALL MEMBERS, FIRMS AND COMPLIANCE OFFICERS OF FIRMS OF THE INSTITUTE
In relation to the above issue, please find below the relevant link to the Directive issued by the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property regarding the register of beneficial owners of companies and other legal entities in the Official Gazette of the Republic (Κ.Δ.Π. 401/2023). According to this Directive, companies and partnerships that have already submitted the beneficial ownership information through the 'Interim Solution' but did not confirm this information by 31 December 2023, will be able to do so through the 'Final Solution' up to and including the 29th of February 2024, without any financial penalty.
