On 23 March 2018 the Institute’s Disciplinary Committee found proved the following allegation against the firm Chris Constantinides & Associates with registration number S498:
Failure of the firm to comply with its obligation to submit to the Institute, within the set deadline, the Compliance Officer’s Annual Report for the year 2015.
The Disciplinary Committee ordered that the firm be reprimanded and pay costs amounting to €200.
