On 23 March 2018 the Institute’s Disciplinary Committee found proved the following allegation against the firm K.Hadjikostis & Sinergates Ltd with registration number E058:
Failure of the firm to comply with its obligation to submit to the Institute the Compliance Officer’s Annual Report for the year 2015.
The Disciplinary Committee ordered that the firm be fined with €300 and pay costs amounting to €200.
