On 28 November 2017 the Institute’s Disciplinary Committee found proved the following allegations against Mr Michael Spyrou, membership no. 424:
- Failure to submit his Continuing Professional Development (CPD) declarations for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015.
- Failure to provide promptly the Institute with his CPD records for the said years when he was requested to do so.
The Disciplinary Committee ordered that Mr Spyrou be fined with €500 for the first allegation, €100 for the second, and pay costs amounting to €180.
