On 13 December 2017 the Institute’s Disciplinary Committee found proved the following allegation against Mr Kyriakos Papageorgiou, membership no. 3704:
Failure to comply with Article 15 of Regulation 1.201 of the Members’ Handbook in that he did not renew his practising certificates for the years 2015 and 2016 despite the various reminders made.
The Disciplinary Committee ordered that Mr Papageorgiou be severely reprimanded and pay costs amounting to €330.
