On 28 November 2017 the Institute’s Disciplinary Committee found proved the following allegation against Mr Costas Constantinou, membership no.712:
Failure to provide the Institute with his Continuing Professional Development records for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015 when he was requested to do so.
The Disciplinary Committee ordered that Mr Constantinou be fined with €400 and pay costs amounting to €180.
