On 28 November 2017 the Institute’s Disciplinary Committee found proved the following allegations against Mrs Antonia Constantinou, membership no.2971:
- Failure to submit her Continuing Professional Development (CPD) declarations for the years 2013 and 2014.
- Failure to provide the Institute with her CPD records for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015 when she was requested to do so.
The Disciplinary Committee ordered that Mrs Constantinou be fined with €500 for each allegation and pay costs amounting to €180.
