On 28 November 2017 the Institute’s Disciplinary Committee found proved the following allegations against Mrs Georgia Paphiti, membership no. 993:
- Failure to submit promptly her Continuing Professional Development (CPD) declarations for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015.
- Failure to provide the Institute with her CPD records for the said years when she was requested to do so.
The Disciplinary Committee ordered that Mrs Paphiti be fined with €100 for the first allegation,€500 for the second, and pay costs amounting to €180.
