Human rights violations in Russia: Council lists four individuals and five entities over abusive surveillance
The Council decided to impose restrictive measures on four individuals and five entities responsible for serious human rights violations in Russia, notably the repression of civil society and democratic opposition, and for undermining democracy and the rule of law.
