The Company provided administrative services pursuant to Art.4 of the Law on the Regulation of Businesses Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters (L.196(I)/2012) for a specific period of time without having first obtained the relevant license from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), in breach of Art.5 of L.196(I)/2012 and Section 4.400 of ICPAC’s Members Handbook (2019 edition).
As a result, the case was referred to the Disciplinary Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
