REMINDER - Registration for AML/CFT Certification exam for 08 October 2024

TO ALL MEMBERS, FIRMS AND COMPLIANCE OFFICERS OF THE INSTITUTE

Dear all,

You are kindly reminded that the registration portal for the AML/CFT Certification exam scheduled for October 8^th 2024, will remain open until Monday, 9^th September 2024. You can register for the exams via our online portal.

The AML/CFT Certification is also available to any individual who wishes to obtain practical AML/CFT knowledge applicable to their day-to-day work irrespective of whether he/she is an ICPAC member or a Compliance Officer.

It is highlighted that each licensed firm is required employ a Certified Compliance Officer according to Regulation 6.700 at all times. Where a firm is required to replace its existing Compliance Officer, the new Compliance Officer must be a holder of the AML/CFT Certification. Alternatively, ICPAC will not be able to approve the new appointment and as a result the validity of the firm’s practicing certificates will need to be re-assessed.
