The purpose of the webinar is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the taxation aspects related to Intellectual Property (IP) under Cyprus Tax Law. Specifically, the focus will be on key elements such as the IP Box regime, Transfer Pricing considerations, and their intersection with Tax Treaties and EU Law. The seminar aims to equip participants with practical insights and knowledge essential for navigating the complexities of IP taxation in the Cyprus tax landscape.

*Notably, the webinar is an intermediate to advanced webinar. Participants in this webinar are expected to be familiar with the key concepts of both Cyprus and international tax law.

 70 EUR (incl. VAT) for ICPAC Members/ Students/Graduate Accountants

120 EUR (incl. VAT) for non-ICPAC Members

CPD units:
