Purpose:

The purpose of the webinar is the interested parties to be able to improve their understanding and abilities in preventing the financing of terrorism and proliferation. The session will discuss the key elements of a robust risk management framework, including customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, and reporting suspicious activity. Participants will learn how to identify and mitigate risks associated with terrorist and proliferation financing, as well as understand their legal and regulatory obligations. The webinar will also cover recent trends and typologies in financing terrorism and proliferation and offer advice on integrating these into participants' risk assessments. The training will include case studies and group discussions to reinforce learning and a review of real-life examples of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Terrorist Financing (TF), and

Proliferation Financing (PF) incidents.
