Purpose:
The discussion will include the recent corporate collapses in the UK of Carillion and BHS and shall attempt to ascertain how the auditors were also involved in the governance cycle.
A correlation to the local situation will also be made, trying to identify whether good governance practices could have prevented the recent failures.

The seminar is addressed to all Members, Affiliates and Students of ICPAC, as well as other interested parties. It is also open to CCCI and CIF members and any other individual who is interested in corporate governance.
