The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), the Chartered Accountants Benevolent Association (CABA) and The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) are pleased to invite you to an event entitled: «Personal and professional development workshops in Cyprus 2017 – Focus on Wellbeing» which will take place as follows:

Both workshops count towards your CPD, however, they are wellbeing focused and aimed at people interested in improving their emotional and physical wellbeing. Each day will include 2 workshops:


Introduction to mindfulness with Lucy Whitehall

Find out how mindfulness can sharpen your focus, improve your relationships and reduce anxiety. Take away practical exercises that you can use every day to improve your mental and physical wellbeing.


Authentic happiness: The theory and practice of wellbeing with Miriam Akhtar

Explore what makes you happy and create your happiness action plan, by learning more about the science behind wellbeing.



In 2016, our feedback showed that 100% of delegates rated our workshops in Nicosia and Lemesos as excellent or good and would recommend them to their colleagues.
