Subject: Nominations for election to the Council of the Institute

Dear colleagues

You are kindly informed that the 58^th Annual General Meeting of the Institute has been arranged for Wednesday, 26 June 2019 at 5:30pm and will take place at the Nicosia Municipal Theatre in Nicosia, which has been recently renovated. Please find attached the General Circular 11/2019 with the announcement of the elections for the Council and the Nomination Proposal form.

Please also be informed that the Institute shall distribute its Annual Report for 2018 in electronic form only. Should anyone wish to obtain a copy in printed form, he/she may contact ICPAC offices at least 30 days prior to the AGM date.
