Due to the failure to pay the amount of the administrative penalty, as it was imposed on the Company by the Administrative Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (“ICPAC”), the case was referred to the Disciplinary Committee of ICPAC, which imposed the penalty of reprimand on the Company and ordered that the administrative penalty be paid within thirty (30) days.
