TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE INSTITUTE
The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) and the The Cyprus Fiduciary Association (CFA) are organising one (1) half-day (4-hour) seminar entitled:
“AML Challenges and Developments and Sanctions Compliance”.
The objective of the seminar is to provide participants an in-depth understanding of the sanctions, give them practical tips to make sanctions compliance more effective and advice on the steps to be taken when these are breached. At the same time, a focus will be given on how Cyprus adopts and enforces the restrictive measures (sanctions).
The seminar will also provide an update on the recent AML Challenges Developments by emphasizing at the highlights of the 4th AML Directive and what to expect from the Cyprus revised legislation. It will also go through the general principles of the Risk Based Assessment and give ways of approach and examples of high and low risk clients.
The seminar will take place as follows:
